Training for New Trainers and DL's

Introducing our new Trainers!  They will be training the newest arriving missionaries.  In the Instructions for Trainers it reads:

 “The responsibility to train a new missionary is a sacred trust from your mission president and from the Lord. A missionary’s first companion has a profound, lasting influence on the development of the missionary’s attitudes, habits, and ability to fulfill his or her purpose.”

Each new missionary’s trainer will receive a copy of the booklet, which gives tips on being a positive example and guidelines on studying and proselyting together, training a new missionary, the additional 60 minutes of companion study required in the first 12 weeks, personal study, and language study. New missionaries and their trainers are expected to train together daily, explaining, demonstrating, practicing, evaluating, and repracticing principles from Preach My Gospel.

We have two new Sister Leader Trainers! 

They are going to be awesome.  As we were training, we were continually distracted by this large crane fly that we thought was a mosquito but eventually figured out it wasn't  ...or was it? (Who would have thought I was serving as a Stake Camp Director with over 200 YW....before serving in this calling) I never did like the bugs part....but LOVED the YW part and LOVE the sister missionaries! Below are the new Sister Training Leaders, the trainers of the new missionaries arriving and a follow up of the most recent sisters who arrived a few weeks ago.  

Its always so great to see the most recent missionaries who arrived just only a few weeks ago... I love the happy and confident look they are already displaying
